When are orders dispatched?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm Monday-Saturday (excl. Bank Holidays).
During peak seasons, for example: Black Friday, and Christmas, there can be delays in shipping with a higher volume of orders needing to be processed. Of course, this is not ideal for anyone, and we work hard to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as possible. Express orders do get priority if we are delayed in shipping orders.
IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS IN DISPATCHING ORDERS, THIS IS ALWAYS STATED AT THE TOP OF THE WEBSITE.
If you have placed an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your order to be dispatched when all items are readily available. If you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.
Express & Saturday
Express Courier
Express orders will be dispatched same-day if received before 2pm Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).
After 2pm, orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Saturday Courier
Saturday Courier orders are dispatched on a Friday. They will only be delivered on a Saturday.
Orders must be received before 2pm Friday to be dispatched for Saturday delivery.
Bank Holidays
Bank Holiday
Please note that our office is closed on Bank Holidays. While our warehouse is open, there are limited staff during the Bank Holiday's, and none of our courier partners collect parcels from us, or deliver on Bank Holidays.
Local Bank Holidays and closures may also affect your delivery. For example, 2nd January is a Bank Holiday in Scotland, but not in England.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Don't forget - All shipping estimates are from when your order is dispatched.
Changes to mail volumes, transport disruptions and operating issues mean that sometimes your delivery may be later in the day, or the following day - this includes any redirects you may have in place.

- Delivery Aim: next working day after they accept your parcel - but please bear in mind, this is not a next day courier service or guarantee.

- Delivery: next working day after they accept your parcel.
- Monday to Friday service.

- Delivery: 2-3 working days after they accept your parcel.
- Monday to Friday service.

Royal Mail Special (Non-Mainland)
- Delivery: 1 working day after they accept your parcel.

SATURDAY DELIVERY
DPD Saturday Delivery
- Dispatched: Friday - must be ordered by 2pm.
- Delivered: Saturday

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note, Magic Madhouse customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international deliveries.
If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Magic Madhouse in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
Economy
There is no tracking with economy. Please select Express shipping if this is something you would like.

RETURNS
We have tried to make sure our returns process as simple as possible. Whatever your reason for needing to make a return, please read the information below and then click the button for the form we will need back with the return.
Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number - please take note of this tracking number for future reference.
Returning unwanted products
- Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
- Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
- Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value.
Returning faulty or damaged products
- Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.
- Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.

What is eligible for a return?
Most products are eligible for a return, anything that we cannot accept is noted within the product listing. For example, Pokémon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.
What to do if you do not have access to a printer.
No problem! You can leave a note in the parcel containing your order/return number, post code, and the ticket number from your customer support email.
