Lorcana Winterspell arrives with a proper chill in the air. Picking up threads from Whispers in the Well, a mysterious vine begins draining Floodborn Ink from Lorcana. When Elsa is summoned to stop it, her ice magic backfires - freezing the vine, the Great Illuminary and eventually the entire realm under an eternal winter. Disney Lorcana Winterspell plunges beloved Disney characters into a snow-covered adventure where staying warm and working together is the name of the game.

With over 200 cards of fresh faces and familiar favourites, this expansion sees Pocahontas makes her realm debut alongside Darkwing Duck and his loveable sidekick Launchpad McQuack, Belle - Snowfield Strategist, and Angel, Reuben, and Slushy from Lilo & Stitch: The Series trade tropical beaches for snowball fights. Mickey’s Christmas Carol also weaves its way through Lorcana Winterspell with ghostly variants. 

Disney Lorcana Winterspell is the first introduction of the Underdog mechanic, which gives the second player a small boost (reducing the ink cost of certain characters on their first turn). Locations also take centre stage. Ruby and Steel lean heavily into Location synergy, rewarding players who commit to holding and defending key places on the board, whereas Emerald punishes opponents who overextend into Locations.

With over 200 cards, Lorcana Winterspell has plenty for collectors to get excited about, like the two Iconic cards: Pocahontas - Peacekeeper and Moana - Curious Explorer (which allows you to play cards from your discard pile).
