These are the core energies – no Special effects, just pure energy to fuel your moves. You've got Grass Energy for powerful nature attacks and Water Energy to keep your aquatic powerhouses flowing. Don't sleep on Fighting Energy for those hard-hitting physical attackers and Darkness Energy for sneaky tactical plays.
