Pokémon Mega Evolution is back with the Ascended Heroes expansion – over 290 cards that celebrate both the explosive power of new Mega Evolution Pokémon EX and the stars of the Scarlet & Violet era. Trainer's Pokémon are back – N's Zekrom, Erika's Tangela, and Larry's Komala all make appearances in Pokémon Ascended Heroes as special cards that celebrate iconic Trainers and Gym Leaders across Pokémon history.
Inspired by the Pokémon Legends: Z-A video game, Mega Evolution Ascended Heroes will welcome new characters and locations to the Pokémon TCG. It's a collector-focused set celebrating popular Pokémon with new artwork, including Tera Pokémon EX and introduces a new card rarity: Mega attack rare. The headline card here is Mega Dragonite EX making his long-awaited TCG debut in Pokémon Ascended Heroes.
The expansion includes 13 Mega Evolution Pokémon EX, 6 Tera Pokémon EX, 20 Pokémon EX, 33 illustration rares, 14 ultra rares, 7 Mega attack rares, and 22 special illustration rares. Trainers can look forward to discovering Ascended Heroes cards featuring new Mega Evolution Pokémon EX like Mega Lucario EX and Mega Gardevoir EX, as well as Mega Meganium EX, Mega Emboar EX, and MegaFeraligatr EX. These playable foil promo cards are sure to cause some mayhem on the battlefield.
