Edge of Eternities drops you right into the cosmic heart of the Sothera system. It’s a science fiction space-opera with strange planets, warring alien factions, and a sun turning into a supervoid. 

On the gameplay side, Edge of Eternities shakes things up with new mechanics, including Warp and Void abilities. The expansion also introduces spacecraft as a new artifact subtype, similar to vehicles but with unique mechanics. Most can become artifact creatures when you activate the new Station ability. In Edge of Eternities, legendary Vehicles and legendary Spacecraft can also now function as commanders in the Commander format, broadening your deck-building possibilities.

At the core of the Edge of Eternities set are Planeswalkers. Tezzeret, Cruel Captain returns, plus you’ll meet Sami and Tannuk, forging alliances and grudges in the Sothera system’s chaos. The Stellar Sights lands feature different planets in the Sothera system from the Stellar Sights bonus sheet (30 rares and 15 mythic rares). Edge of Eternities also brings back galaxy foil versions.

Sothera, the system at the heart of the Edge of Eternities expansion, is a supermassive black hole.
