This expansion brings the game "Rock Paper Scissors" into any version of Fluxx! It's a seven card expansion with three Keepers (Rock, Paper, and Scissors), three Goals (that pair each Keeper up with each of the other Keepers), and one New Rule that has players run a Rock Paper Scissors tournament.
