To win Zona: Secret of Chernobyl, players must be the first to reach the sarcophagus of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant; which opens only when a player had collected two Secrets from underground facilities. Time is limited, for the Final Emission comes...
With an emphasis on survival, Zona depicts a hazardous and isolated area with very limited access to functional equipment and supplies. Each player takes role of a Scavenger from amongst the ten included in the game. Avoid dangers and traps, fight mutants and gather Artifacts from anomalies while ranging deeper into the Zone.
As well as seeking the core in the caldera of the shattered power plant, each Scavenger has a personal reason for journeying to Zona, which can be revealed as you quest onwards.
